Website terms of use
Effective October 11, 2026.
The short version
- This site gives information about IronDeck, a program in development. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a promise of dates, features or prices.
- Contributions are voluntary: they don't buy access, licenses or priority, and they aren't tax-deductible.
- IronDeck is an independent project and isn't affiliated with Anthropic.
- The program's beta has its own terms.
1. Agreement
This site, the waitlist and IronDeck's contribution pages belong to Wladimir Diaz ("IronDeck", "we" or "us"). By using them you accept these terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy notice. If you don't agree, don't use the site. The IronDeck program and its beta are governed by the Beta terms.
2. What this site is
It's information about a project in development. It describes a development version that may change: features, dates, editions and prices may change or never arrive. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a commitment to deliver anything. Progress figures are as of the moment they're published.
3. Permitted use
You may read, link to and share the site. You may not try to harm it, overload it or access parts that aren't public; use it for anything illegal; impersonate IronDeck or us; or copy the site or its brand to present something as ours.
4. Content and trademarks
The text, images, the IronDeck name and its logo are ours, except for what belongs to others. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the site; for other uses, ask us for permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Claude, Claude Code and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and GitHub and Ko-fi are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to say what IronDeck works with. IronDeck is an independent project: Anthropic didn't create it and doesn't sponsor or endorse it.
5. Contributions
- They're voluntary. They support development; they aren't a purchase. They don't give early access, licenses, beta priority, features or dates, unless we announce a specific reward with its own conditions.
- They aren't tax-deductible. IronDeck isn't a nonprofit organization.
- The platforms process them. Payments go through Ko-fi or GitHub Sponsors, under their own terms and fees.
- Refunds. Contributions aren't refunded, unless the law requires it or there's an obvious error, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate charge, that you report to us within 14 days. In that case we refund it through the same platform, where the platform allows it.
- Monthly contributions. You can cancel them at any time on the platform; there are no further charges after you cancel.
- Kits. Kits sold later will have their own terms of sale.
6. Waitlist
Signing up is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It doesn't guarantee a place in the beta or special conditions.
7. Ideas and feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve IronDeck, without paying or crediting you. Don't send us anything you consider confidential.
8. Links to other sites
We link to GitHub, Ko-fi, Google, YouTube, Anthropic and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them; when you use them, their own terms and policies apply.
9. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will work without interruptions or errors, or that the information is complete or up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities related to the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the greater of US$50 or what you contributed to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
11. Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless the law of your country lets you bring a claim in the courts where you live. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Before any claim, write to us: we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
12. Changes and other conditions
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change is significant, we announce it on the site. Earlier versions remain in the repository's public history. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing something at one point doesn't mean we waive it. We may assign these terms to whoever continues the project; you may not assign them without our permission. These terms exist in Spanish and English, and both versions are equally valid; if they differ, the reading more favorable to you applies.
